Community Venue Supervisor
Our Community Venue Supervisors play a vital role in how we operate. You will represent both the company and the partner school during community lettings periods. You will be the main point of contact for events taking place and therefore be expected to display a high level of responsibility, reliability, organisational and communication skills. You must be confident, friendly and provide excellent customer service to our clients. Attention to detail and thoroughness are essential - both our customers and the School expect a high quality service. This position will suit a person who is punctual and well organised, who thrives when given real responsibility and independence.
The role will involve working evenings, weekends and school-holiday periods so a flexible approach to working hours is essential. The amount of working hours may also increase or decrease depending on the amount of use taking place at the school during community lettings periods.
Tasks will include: Opening up the site, preparing rooms, locking up the site at the end of the shift Interacting with our customers: signing them in, providing assistance, making sure they are using their allocated rooms and light cleaning.
Due to the lone working nature of this position and the supervision of customers, applicants must be over the age of 18.
